Ms Scott says “awareness is the key” and she uses this to provide people with an avenue for growth and self awareness and the tools that will allow them to “be all that they can be in life”.
Her journey began with herself and her own experiences in life and she ventured beyond her own limitations to discover what she could do to bring about change, to make it better?
Ms Scott said she found it refreshing and enlightening to discover that “there was only one person creating her reality” and only one person responsible for her 'struggle’. She learned that she only had to change one person and that was herself.
She says everyone has the power to create “the life we love” and to let go of hurt, and self doubt. She said pain is a “trapped energy’ and that self awareness can help these energies to be released and balanced. Julie’s self awareness services allow for the management of depression, anxiety, addictions, post traumatic stress disorder, post natal depression, childhood trauma and relationship issues. Julie can be found in her rooms next to Willow & Fli in Conadilly Street. Phone 0427 024 451.
