For the first time ever, the club will host a Motorkhana event on Sunday as well as their traditional hill climb event on March 24.
The new event, held at the Gunnedah Showgrounds, will see drivers from around the region and the state battle it out on course.

Event secretary Geoff Hood said "Motorkhana was a new name for a new event."
"It is essentially an auto test event, where drivers and their vehicles negotiate various course’s marked by witches hats on a small area of around half a hectare," Hood said.
"It is a low speed test of memory, car control and driving ability.
"The course has been created by Kevin Louis, Greg and Andrew McIlveen so it should be very good.
"There's nothing else like it really, so it should be a lot of fun."
Hood said a new set of grandstands at the Gunnedah Showgrounds would provide spectators with a "comfortable viewing experience".
"It begins at 12pm and really should be a great spectacle for everyone who loves their cars," he said.
"There really should be something for everyone."
The event will also have a unique spin with a racing ride-on lawn mover exhibition on display.
"It's a pretty cool thing," Hood said.
"It's amazing what people can come up with.
"But people are passionate, just recently we had two members Wayne Grosser and Brock Casey compete at the NSW Hillclimb Championships in Bathurst.
"They both had strong showings and should be really proud of themselves."
