The hopefuls will be invited to meet with the voters of the Gunnedah area when the chamber of commerce hosts its meet-the-candidates evening on March 6.
One and all are invited to the event at The Civic Centre Gunnedah gallery; the doors will open at 5.30pm for a 6.15pm start.
The current field of candidates is incumbent Kevin Anderson, for the Nationals; Shooters, Fishers, Farmers' Jeff Bacon; Greens' Robin Gunning; Animal Justice Party’s Emma Hall; Labor's Steven Mears and independent Mark Rodda.
The forum will let voters gain "an understanding of what [the candidates] stand for", chamber president Stacey Cooke said earlier.
"I encourage the local community to attend, because that way your voice is being heard, your concerns are being heard."
