He will compete in the Australian Whipcrackers and Plaiters Association’s NSW Whipcracking Championships in the "hotly contended" men's category.
Daniel said competing in Casino would be a nice change.
"It's somewhere different and a different crowd, and it fits in with the [beef week] crowd and Australian culture," Daniel said.
"Hopefully, we get full entrants through the different divisions. It's not really a massive thing, so if you can get half a dozen in a division it's good."

The whipcracker said he always arrived at competitions with a new trick up his sleeve.
"[You] try not to show your routine before the competition," he said.
"You just can’t miss cracks or tangle; on the day everything has to run smooth."
Daniel said he started whipcracking when he was just seven-years-old, back in 1998.
"I saw [someone whipcracking] 20 years ago at the Tamworth Country Music Festival and bought a whip," he said.
"Then I just kept going at it and got the whole family involved."
Daniel offered some important tips for those thinking of taking up whipcracking.
"Don't get too ahead of yourself, stick to basic routines and then progress from there," he said.
"You're better off to do a basic routine and get full points.
"Leading up to a competition, about a month out, work on the moves you’re not happy with."
He will compete on May 25 from 10am-4pm in the Casino CBD.
