After winning the toss and batting first, Albion were in early trouble thanks to accurate bowling from Alex Seach, who went on to claim 6-31.
Ashley White (39) and Andrew Osmond (33) batted bravely for Albion, but were unable to prevent the side from being bowled out for 120.

Coward and fellow Kookaburras opener Jayden Winsor were quick to get the side’s run chase going putting on 56 for the opening wicket.
Following two quick wickets, Nicholls and Coward set about drawing level with Albion before Coward’s luck ran out on 78.
Nicholls will resume his innings on 55 after helping his side pass Albion’s first innings score and remain 3-180 at stumps on day one.
White was the pick of Albion’s bowlers on day one claiming 2-38.
Saturday will also see Court House and Whitehaven do battle for outright points at Longmuir Field after Whitehaven forfeited the first week.
