Hundreds passed through the gates to meet friends and participate in the new Ninja Warrior course, and novelty events, including Bat the Rat, Gumboot Toss, Ball Drop and Poker Chip Toss.
There was also a dunking machine, pillow fights, photo booth, jumping castle, face painting and food and drink stalls.
High school teacher and fair committee member Adam Mooney said there was a “good turn-out” in the fair’s second year.
“The atmosphere was fantastic,” he said.
“It was great to see such a wide section of the community come to support and engage in the activities.
“The Ninja Warrior course was one of the highlights of the night, with plenty of people trying their luck to win the cash prizes."
Mr Mooney said another highlight was a live perfomance by Darwin band VanderAa, which has played at Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival and Burning Man.
“The band was excellent,” he said.
“The crowd really got into it and it was a great way to finish out the night."
Mr Mooney said the funds raised at the fair would go to the P&C.
“We are very grateful for the support of the local community,” he said.
The fair will now become a biennial event.
