A Gunnedah real estate is hoping to see presents flow in to ease the burden on families this Christmas.
The “little ray of giving” appeal is in aid of the Salvation Army, which distributes thousands of gifts each year with the help of local communities.
Ray White Fleming and Ross is a drop-off point for numerous items, including toys, non-perishable food for hampers, and presents for a variety of ages, with a call-out for more presents aimed at teenagers this year.
“All you need to do is drop your unwrapped present under the tree in our office reception,” principal Tim Walsh said.
It is the second year the local realty has run the Christmas appeal, with more than 250 gifts contributed by the Gunnedah community in 2017.
Ray White will accept gifts until Tuesday, December 18 to allow time for the Gunnedah Salvation Army to collect the gifts and distribute them to local families ahead of Christmas Day.
