A Mullaley business is well placed to take home one of Australia’s most prestigious business awards.
Lively Linseed is a chance to take home an award from the Hong Kong-Australia Business Association Awards in Sydney on Friday.
Business owner Jacqui Donohue said she was excited to be among this year’s finalists.
“I am very pleased to have gotten this far,” Ms Donohue said.
“A lot of hard work has gone into maintaining our existing clients and it is really pleasing to see that pay off.
“I think this honour is also a really good way of promoting our region and the diverse range of things that we can produce.”
The business will look to claim the award for export goods and services at the annual ceremony at Sydney’s Novotel Hotel.
“These awards are a great way to network and promote a good working relationship between the two countries,” Ms Donohue said.
“The fostering of the international relationship is so important and are a proven way to do business with countries such as Hong Kong and China.
“As well as that, it’s also a good chance to promote the benefits of exporting to rural businesses.”
