Emergency services were called to the intersection of Abbott and Barber Streets at about 1pm.
Police, ambulance and Fire and Rescue crews were on hand to ensure traffic continued to flow safely and to clean up debris from the accident.
One person was taken to hospital, where they remain in a stable condition.
