The event will be held from 10am-3pm at the Gunnedah Shire Band Hall and will give locals the chance to discuss and discover potential health and well-being opportunities. Attendees are not required to be GoCo clients.
“The idea behind this program is to start the conversation with residents to find out what resources are necessary to not only maintain well-being and to stay healthy, but for residents to stay connected with their communities,” GoCo CHSP coordinator Nicole Shields said.
“It’s an interactive session, which allows the elderly community to work together to come up with ideas that can support them into the future.”
