At Sacred Heart School, students show great sportsmanship at their athletics carnival with emphasis on participation and students awarded points for their houses for all attempted events.
Namoi House was named champion house but it was very close. Principal Dallas Hyatt said it was a pleasure to see the school spirit displayed by both the Cox and Namoi houses.
"I feel we have still got the formula right,” he said.
“A great athletics carnival at Sacred Heart is family-orientated, all students are encouraged to participate, try their best and show great sportsmanship.”
