The service is designed to help with goods which are too heavy or difficult to carry to your vehicle – and is limited to purchases weighing between 10 kilograms and 80kg.  

If your purchase fits the service requirements, simply request parcel pick-up with the exhibitor.

The exhibitor must be registered with the organisers for the parcel pick-up service. 

It’s up to the exhibitor to complete the parcel pick-up docket and hand a copy to the customer.

AgQuip has two parcel pick-up depots to service the large area.  

Blue parcel pick-up is on the western side of the field.

Green parcel pick-up is on the eastern (Gunnedah) side of the field. It is important for the exhibitor and customer to note which particular parcel pick-up depot the parcels should be taken to.

When the customer is ready to leave the field day, they simply present the numbered docket at the parcel pick-up depot they have designated on the docket.  

Signs will direct them in and out of the pick-up area.  

The Mercedes Benz Parcel Pick-up vehicles will be making regular trips to registered exhibitors to check if they have any parcels to be collected.  

This service is provided by the organisers Fairfax Rural Events and Mercedes Benz and operated by local community clubs.

Last parcel pick-up will be at 3pm daily – to guarantee the customers can pick up their parcel at the parcel pick-up depot.
