The clinic was in anticipation of Saturday night’s sell out NRL clash between Wests Tigers and Newcastle and saw 30 participants take part in the fun.
Throughout the day, clients went through a number of different skill and game sense drills with the help of some West Tigers players thanks to the club’s Wests Tigers Foundation.
Sunnyfield New England regional manager, Ada Maughan said the clinic helped the organisation encourage its clients to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
“We had 30 very excited individuals taking to the field on Friday,” Ms Maughn said.
“Sunnyfield encourages clients to make healthy lifestyle choices and actively participate in community fitness events and activities.
“The Wests Tigers training clinic mirrors Sunnyfield services educating people about healthy choices and encouraging an active lifestyle.”
