The spokesperson said the 16-year-old male driver was ejected from the vehicle.
The other two injured occupants were transported by ambulance to Gunnedah District Hospital and Tamworth Hospital.
EARLIER: THREE people have been injured in single-car crash on the corner of Borthwhistle Road and Mullaley Road, Gunnedah.
Emergency services were first called to the scene at about 3.50pm after initial reports stated the vehicle had rolled and had ejected one occupant, while trapping another.
An Ambulance NSW spokesperson said later reports confirmed there were three occupants in the car, none of who were trapped.
The spokesperson said the three occupants were all conscious, with one sustaining leg and head injuries.
Two ambulances were called to the scene, along with NSW Police and NSW Fire and Rescue crews.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter has been called to meet the ambulance carrying, the occupant with suspected head and leg injuries at the Gunnedah Hospital helipad.
It remains unclear if the helicopter will be used to transport the patient to Tamworth Hospital.
At this stage, the other two occupants of the vehicle will be transported to Tamworth Hospital by ambulance.
