The children were split into the Milo In-2-Cricket and Milo T20 Blast groups for the session. Each is aimed at kids of different skill levels.
Milo In-2-Cricket is for kids aged four to eight who have not played any form of cricket before or are not as coordinated as some others and need to learn the basics. Coaches are provided each week to do drills which will help teach the basics to play cricket. A kit is provided and all participants receive a player pack. Parents are expected to participate with their children.
Milo T20 Blast is for kids aged seven to 11 and is a structured format of drills and games to further develop young cricketers. Kits are provided and games are not played on a typical pitch. All players receive a player pack. Some parental involvement is required to make the programme successful.
