TWO women have been caught driving the same vehicle under the influence of illegal drugs just one day apart, police have alleged.

Police are awaiting the results of final tests before starting formal action against both drivers.
Police said that about 11.30pm on August 5 officers from Tamworth Target Action Group and Gunnedah stopped a motor vehicle on Henry Street for a random drug test.
The 28-year-old female driver, from Queensland, allegedly failed the roadside test.
Police alleged that further investigations at the time found a large amount of cash, which they believed to be the proceeds of crime.
Police said that the female driver was taken to Gunnedah Police Station, where she allegedly failed a drug test and was issued with a Notice of Prohibition, preventing her from driving for 24 hours.
Officers said they are waiting on the result of further tests before starting formal action against the driver. Police are also making further inquiries about the cash that was found.
Gunnedah police said that at 8.40am the following day the same motor vehicle was stopped on Bridge Street for random testing.
The 45-year-old female driver was given a roadside drug test, which police alleged returned a positive reading.
She was arrested and taken to Gunnedah Police Station where a further test was also allegedly positive for methamphetamine.
Police said the female driver was issued with a Notice of Prohibition, preventing her from driving for 24 hours.
Police said they are waiting on the result of tests on the sample before starting formal action against the driver.
