Two protesters dressed as koalas were escorted off-site at AgQuip today, after they attempted to set up a picket outside a mining related training company's stand.
The protesters strung a sign between them as they walked along an aisle at AgQuip, however within minutes of setting up outside the stand, Rural Press Events staff ordered the pair to fold up the sign.
The two were escorted from the AgQuip site by staff.
A witness told the Namoi Valley Independent that the entire incident could not have lasted 20 minutes from unfurling the sign to the protesters being evicted.
