Liverpool Plains Shire Council's (LPSC) sister city Blacktown City Council forwarded these to a LPSC engaged draftsperson to develop the plans required for the development application.
An artist's impression of the revitalisation has included an expanded library/community areas, and an open space forecourt area with a pergola.

A tiled wet area, computer area, and separate areas for adults and children are also proposed.
The final step in the process is to have the draftsperson make amendments based on the State Library of NSW suggestions.
"The project will be delivered in stages with stage one being the upstairs ground level floor," LPSC's economic development officer Ian George said.
"When the draftsperson completes the amendments, a builder will be engaged to establish the preliminary scope of the works within the current available budget."
Further funding will be required to complete the next stages, which the council is pursuing.
Mr George said the council has a 'vision' for the library.
"The vision for Quirindi Library is a precinct that is genuinely welcoming to all, a safe place to go for everyone, that is indiscriminating, a place of equality and company, providing a hub of learning and knowledge that is the heart, mind and soul of the community."
The council received $200,000 in funding from the Public Library Infrastructure Grant Program in 2018 to go towards the redevelopment.
