The newly renovated room was purpose-built for the OOSH program and officially opened on Friday.
The renovations included demolishing a large wall separating the previous OOSH room from the gym area, and make way for a bigger space with more facilities for children to enjoy.

GS Kidd Memorial School students were the first to test out the new facilities at the opening.
Club director Michelle Gosper said the room was something the Gunnedah area "really needed".
"We are actually full to capacity now at 30, [so] we have a waiting list, thus this area was created," Ms Gosper said.
"We got a grant from the state government ... to extend our numbers and, to do this, we needed to make the room larger and this is what has happened.
"Our children are so excited to get in here and play with the new resources."
Parkes MP Mark Coulton said it would mean great things for children enrolled in the OOSH program.
"The best start in life a child can have is to have some structure and guidance and people to mentor them from an early age, and that's what they're getting here," Mr Coulton said.
PCYC Gunnedah's OOSH program is a before- and after-school and vacation care program for children aged five to 12 years old.
It also offers incursions and excursions during the school holidays.
