A man, aged 35, is in a serious condition following a single vehicle accident on the Kamilaroi Highway near Boggabri in north-western New South Wales.

He was rushed by ambulance to the Narrabri coal mine to meet a Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
He was flown to John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle, reportedly sustaining head, chest and spinal injuries.
