The services are still available on Conadilly Street but the centre is undergoing a transformation into a Gunnedah Service NSW and is set to open on November 10.
“We know many people prefer to do their business face-to-face, which is why we’re bringing Service NSW to Gunnedah so that we can deliver more front line services and transactions,” Member for Tamworth Kevin Anderson said.
“We want to ensure local residents have the best possible access to government services which is why these upgrades are so important.”
When the service centre opens, Mr Anderson said transactions with the government will be “more convenient”.
Gunnedah Service NSW will offer everything from driver licences to vehicle registrations, seniors card applications, owner builder permits and housing payments.
