The Circle of Security Series will be running weekly from Monday October 16 and invites parents to share their experiences of raising children.
El Keulemans from Gunnedah Family Support says the series of sessions is aimed at both parents and carers and will help them better understand parenthood.
“We really want to reinforce to parents that good enough parenting is good enough,” Ms Keulemans said.
“Children don’t come with a book and a big part of this series is to help understand your child or children better and to grow as a parent.”
The sessions will span eight weeks every Monday from 10am at Gunnedah Family Support’s Reservoir Street facility.
Parents are being encouraged to book their place.
“Bookings are essential as places are limited,” Ms Keulemans said.
