Luke Orchard from Namoi River Meats is confident of putting on another good showing after his beef and sweet chilli sausages finished second in the state in 2015.

Opening the shop seven years ago, Mr Orchard and the team have competed in the last six Sausage King competitions.
In those previous six competitions the team from Namoi River Meats have taken home a swag of first and second place ribbons, as well as many highly recommend ribbons.
Mr Orchard believes his sausages are exceptional because they are always made with the freshest local ingredients.
“All of the meat and other ingredients we use are locally sourced from around the region,” Mr Orchard said.
“We don’t want to use anything other than the best, because as a business our sausages are our bread and butter”.
