The RSPCA has charged Leith Gatenby with nine separate offences including aggravated animal cruelty.
She appeared in Gunnedah Local Court but was not required to enter pleas.
Gatenby is facing eight counts of being in charge of animal and failing to provide vet treatment and one count of committing an act of aggravated cruelty upon an animal. Magistrate Roger Clisdell granted both sides an adjournment, ordering the case back to court in August.
The RSPCA said it instigated the raid after it received reports from NSW Police about animal welfare concerns of dogs at that location.
During the operation, inspectors seized 29 adult and two young Koolie dogs because of concerns for the animals’ welfare, the RSPCA said.
