The album was produced by her multi-Golden Guitar winning husband Lawrie Minson and was released in time for their performance at the 20th Anniversary of the Viva Las Vegas Festival.
Rockability showcases the talents of some of Australia’s top musicians and backing singers. The songs were all crafted to suit Shelley and the CD package was compiled by award-winning artist Glen Hannah. Rock legend Ross Wilson helped pen the song Rockabilly Man.
Lawrie has worked at the highest level of the music industry including 18 years with Lee Kernaghan’s band and has also toured and recorded with Jimmy Barnes and Slim Dusty. The duo will be playing at the Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club on Sunday afternoon from 2.30-5.30pm.
