Organiser Kelly Warren said more than 350 tickets have already been sold for the event, to be held on May 27 at the Gunnedah Town Hall.
A fundraising goal of $50,000 has been set to be donated to victims of the Sir Ivan bushfire and to the local Rural Fire Service unit.
Council has endorsed a donation of $662 to assist with offsetting costs associated with the venue hire.
Guest speakers include Member for Parkes Mark Coulton, Dan Ramien from ARMA Insurance and Rural Fire Service Captain Wayne Langdon.
An auction will be held on the night and entertainment will be provided by the Budgie Smugglers.
Tickets are $100 and there are still a number available.
The ticket price includes entry, canapes on arrival, a main, a dessert and two free drinks, plus entertainment.
