A full schedule of activities kept the staff and students busy, with a core group of teens participating.
The four houses Moonbi (yellow), Illawarra (blue), Nandewar (red) and Kaputar (green) battled it out in numerous events.
Novelty events included the house captains race and fancy dress competition which saw students parade around the pool in their costumes. Team ‘Pac-Man’ won the honour of best-dressed.
The house relay drew in many swimmers with plenty of cheering and support.
The Iron Man and Iron Woman races were popular, with participants required to complete a lap of the pool, walk to the grass, run down the hill and down push-ups, then run across to another grass area to do sit-ups, then race back up the hill and down the other side to the pool again to swim one last lap.
Kaputar took out the winning house for the carnival.
