Flickerfest returns to The Civic Theatre with six of the Best of Australian Shorts and five Short Laughs Comedy films that will fill your night with a hilarious off-kilter selection of funny shorts from across the world.
“Flickerfest at The Civic will be a wonderful afternoon celebrating Australian and international short films and a great way to spend your Sunday,” Gunnedah Shire Council’s cultural officer Lauren Mackley said.
“This year’s five Short Laughs Comedy films are said to be some of the best works to date,” she said.
Gunnedah’s Flickerfest red carpet will be rolled out at The Civic Theatre from 4pm on Sunday, February 26 with canapes and drinks on arrival.
Full session tickets are available for $35 and single session tickets are $25. Both ticket types have concessions available.
Ms Mackley said this was a one-off chance to see the amazing short films before they continue their journey around the world.
