The three-year-old has six girls and four boys with varied colouring and markings.
The new mum is in the care of the Gunnedah RSPCA after being rescued from the Tamworth pound.
Lola and each of her puppies will need new homes in around eight weeks.
Gunnedah RSPCA member Maddison Lawback said the puppies are "really healthy” and “feeding really well”.
“[Lola] is such a great mum,” she said.
“She’s doing really well with her babies. They’re just so cute.”
Ms Lawback said Lola has picked up since she gave birth, becoming active and enthusiastic.
“She’s got a lot more energy. She’s very bouncy and bright. She’s very happy and content,” she said.
“We’re getting wagging tails and a happy response when she sees us.”
Ms Lawback said Lola likes to interact with people and is good with children.
“She loves people. Loves the other dogs,” she said.
After the puppies are weaned at around eight weeks, Lola will be desexed, vaccinated, wormed, treated for fleas and undergo another vet health check.
The puppies will be available at eight weeks of age, with interest welcomed in the weeks leading up to then.
“They’re going to need homes and the sooner we can get them one that would be great,” Maddison said.
