GUNNEDAH council will take action against an outlaw motorcycle club's local clubhouse if it breaches conditions, the mayor said.

Owen Hasler said council was unaware of any concerns in relation to people living at the Gladiators Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMCG) base on Bloomfield St before last week's raid by Oxley police and officers from Strike Force Raptor - the state's gangs squad.
"We are always seeking to ensure our community is a safe one, but I have to say in regards to my knowledge, we have not had any notifications [in the two years] since the last police action there," he said.
"We are pleased that the police are actively monitoring the situation.
"And we would take action ourselves should we be notified, but to my knowledge there has been no notification."
Police stripped the clubhouse bare and seized the goods inside, and also issued two fines of $6,000 to the Gladiators Corporation for conducting a clubhouse at the premises in breach of the DA and for breaching fire compliance legislation.
Oxley police applied for and were granted the restricted premises search warrant, allowing officers to dismantle the clubhouse - the second time since a similar raid in April, 2014.
Alcohol was seized because it is illegal to serve alcohol or have a bar at the clubhouse, police said.
Oxley police confirmed a 54-year-old man found living inside the clubhouse was issued a $3,000 fine for living at the premises in breach of DA.
He was also issued a notice to front court on a drug possession charge after he was allegedly found with 32g of cannabis.
A 39-year-old man was served with a firearm prohibition order and will have to front court for allegedly failing to submit his tax return.
Police said six consorting warnings were issued during the Gunnedah operation at the clubhouse.
Under NSW law, it is a criminal offence to “habitually” consort with convicted offenders.
Officers also handed out five traffic fines for various offences and two defect notices.
A neighbouring resident contacted the NVI following the police raids, stating he had notified council someone had been living on the premises, but council said it was unaware of the concern.

“Our officers weren't involved, we were notified very late by police.
“We had arranged two officers to attend but they weren't required.”
