Titans' players David Shillington, Jed Cartwright, Nathan Friend, Karl Lawton, Matt Robinson and Oshae Tuiasau are expected to make an appearance at the John Longmuir Playing Fields from 3.30-5pm.
It is one of the first visits by an NRL club to Gunnedah since the Parramatta Eels regional tour in 2012.
The visit will coincide with visits to Boggabri, Mullaley and Curlewis schools earlier in the day.
The tour aimed to deliver wellbeing messages to local communities, with a particular focus on hydration, sleep and encouraging a strong sense of belonging.
All of the community, not just the junior league fraternity, is invited to meet with the Titans in Gunnedah.
The NRL players will also be supporting the first of three Gunnedah Junior Rugby League sign-on days on Friday afternoon.
As previously reported, some Gunnedah grades will play every second week in Tamworth this year.
However, players in grades 5-6 and 7-8 years will remain in Gunnedah.
The club is also looking for coaches to fill vacant positions in the 13 and 15 years teams.
The junior league season kicks off in May.
