Ramsay, who was among the top 20 richest people in the country at the time of his death in May last year, left his farm holding near Gunnedah to three beneficiaries, including Mr Gavin.
Ramsay owned Gabo, a 4700 hectare cotton, wheat and sorghum property valued at about $25 million.
Mr Gavin, who is a former NSW Wallabies captain, will remain as the farm manager of the property.
Other beneficiaries are believed to be the family of Ramsay Health Care chairman Michael Siddle.
Mr Siddle has been listed as a director of the property.
Ramsay was a healthcare and media magnate who left a $3.3 billion estate with a number of beneficiaries.
He died unmarried at the age of 78 after suffering a heart attack.
