Deputy Premier and Nationals leader Troy Grant will now be the police and justice minister.
New faces in the line-up are Baulkham Hills MP David Elliott, who will be the corrective services, emergency services and veterans' affairs minister, and Cronulla MP Mark Speakman, who has been given the early childhood education, Aboriginal affairs portfolio, and will be assistant education minister.
Former transport minister Gladys Berejiklian has been appointed Treasurer and community services minister, and Gabrielle Upton will be the Attorney-General.
Police minister Stuart Ayres, who visited Gunnedah recently, will become minister for trade and investment and keep the sport portfolio.
John Ajaka will stay disability services minister, while Rob Stokes moves from environment to planning, and Treasurer Andrew Constance becomes the transport and infrastructure minister.
Brad Hazzard moves from Attorney-General to family and community services.
Planning minister Pru Goward is tipped to stay the minister for women and become the new minister for the prevention of domestic violence.
John Barilaro will remain minister of industry, skills and regional development which will also now include TAFE.
Jai Rowell is no longer part of the line-up.
Shelley Hancock was reappointed as Speaker as the Legislative Assembly and Don Harwin as president of the Legislative Council.
