The Group 4 second division outfit downed Walcha 8-nil to claim the $1500 prizemoney.
Boggabri also posted wins over Dungowan and first division side, Oxley Diggers.
Not as fortunate were the Gunnedah Bulldogs who after beating Boggabri 15-10 in the opening round, lost the grand final play-off to West Tamworth.
"We probably didn't have a few things go our way," Bulldogs club president Ray McCoy said.
North Tamworth beat Wests 18-nil in the final.
On the upside, Gunnedah incurred few injuries from the two-day contest held at Kitchener Park.
The Roos' injury list included Ben Haire and Brodie Smith who are expected to be sidelined for a few weeks, the club's Facebook page posted.
The Bulldogs' ladies league tag side had some success including a commanding 19-nil win against Boggabri but was beaten by eventual winners, Diggers, in the semi-final.
Renovations at Tamworth's Scully Park allowed Gunnedah hosting rights of this year's tournament.
McCoy said the move west was a great boost for the club.
"To get the support we did... it was fantastic," he said.
"I haven't seen that many cars there (at Kitchener) for a long time.
"It's a credit to everyone who helped make it happen."
The carnival was also an opportunity for Gunnedah players to showcase their talents to Group selectors finalising teams for the 2015 representative season.
A dozen Bulldogs players were chosen in respective Group sides including:
Aaron Donnelly, Tyler Fleming, Trent Hilton, Danny Read, Deejay Smith, Jess Baker, Jess Blair, Deanna Fulwood, Hayden Smith, Jordan Mulherin, Lachlan King and Luke Michael.
