The show boasted a hall full of beautiful flowers as well as entertainment and items for sale.
The entertainment included the Plains Pipes and Drums Band.
Morning tea was followed by a barbecue lunch or a sit-down luncheon in the hall.
A remembrance display paying tribute to the people who fought in World Wars I and II was set up, and there were many stalls, including home-made cakes, biscuits, jams and pickles, jewellery, books and bric-a-brac.
The flowers were judged by Judy Clark, with a large range of sections.
Flowers ranged from geraniums in a host of colours to roses, potted plants and decorative displays.
The children’s section included both flowers and children’s cooking, which was judged by Peg Cameron.
