For the second consecutive year Tammy Sheridan has claimed the trophy for best gross score over the field with a score of 91 at last Tuesday’s Gunnedah Plate.
Gunnedah women golfers thanked Karen Carter Chemist for sponsoring the competition.
The Mavis Sheehan Memorial Trophy for a local veteran went to Jean Palmer with a nett score of 73.
Division One winner was Kay Clarke with a nett score of 76, while runner-up spot went to Cecily Jaeger with a nett score of 79 just ahead of Helen Baker who finished with a nett score of 80.
Division Two honours went to Val Billsborough with a nett score of 79, Joan Bray finished in second spot with a nett score of 80, Sheila Francis was next back with a nett score of 84.
Division Three nett winner was Kim Avard with a score of 75, followed by Longyard GC player Sarah Massey with 79, Alison Dawson-Bee took third spot with 81.
Nearest-the-pins went to Val Billsborough on the second and Cecily Jaeger on the seventh.
Long drive accolades went to Peg Pemberthy (Narrabri) Division One, Chris Southwell (Narrabri) Division Two and Jean Palmer Division Three.
