A 31-year-old female was arrested and charged after stealing from two Gunnedah businesses on Sunday.
The woman allegedly stole assorted clothing from a Conadilly Street and a Marquis Street business some time on Sunday.
Police were alerted to the incidents and have charged the woman with two shoplifting offences and trespassing.
She will appear at Gunnedah Local Court on September 2.
Meanwhile, some time between August 22 and August 25, thieves have gained access to a storage facility on Mullaley Road.
The owner of the facility attended the property on Monday morning and alerted police that assorted tools worth several thousands of dollars were stolen during the break and enter.
Police are continuing enquiries into the incident.
A Borthistle Road premises was also broken into over the weekend, but before the offender could make off with the goods, a security alarm was activated and security personnel attended the location.
Investigations are continuing into the break and enter.

PARAMEDICS flew to a property at Breeza yesterday after a man was knocked over by a bull.
The 67-year-old man was knocked unconscious and was flown by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter to Tamworth Hospital with a head injury.
He suffered loss of memory, but was in a stable condition yesterday.
